This executive family home, is set in Orange Tree which is situated on Highway 27. The community is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World making it a much sought after location. All other major theme parks are easily accessible.
Our villa offers comprises of 4 large double bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms, a spacious sitting area and a dining area. The pool is fully screened and has an integrated spa. The pool and spa can be heated if required and has underwater illumination. New for 2005 is our games room.
For keen golfers the villa is minutes from many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate 36 hole award winning course and the Disney courses. For keen shoppers, the designer malls are nearby. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa.

This year everyone will be able to come to a Walt Disney World's theme parks on their birthdays and get in free.
