The villa holds 10 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably plus we have 2 free to use baby cribs/cots and 2 high chairs
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company.Smoking in the gardens is permitted. As pet lovers ourselves, we do allow certain well behaved and house trained pets providing they do not cause damage, and that you are responsible owners. (please remember, any and all damages will have to be paid for.)
The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.
The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.
Unlike some villas which back onto walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views over a conservation area (guaranteeing privacy).
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa comes complete with 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The pool side also comes with a safety fence. There are 2 tot lots/play grounds on site
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to March. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
The villa is minutes away form a wide variety of stores on Highway 192, and a new Super Wal-Mart has recently opened on hwy 27, just a couple of miles away.
There is a wealth of restaurants nearby including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster. TGI's etc along with Chinese, Italian, many of whom deliver.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Centre, 5 minutes away which is beside a 24 hr drug store.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
