Hi Christine and Tony, We wanted to let you know that we really enjoy our stay at your Florida villa. What a lovely home and the location was quiet and beautiful. We used the pool and hot tub daily. We found your home to be very clean and comfortable. The TV was lovely and the carpet and flooring new and clean. We kept our shoes off the entire holiday, just like at home, very nice! The Ice Cream truck came by and the herons stopped by for a visit as well. We would definitely stay in your home again in the future and have already recommended it to two families. Dear Christine and Tony, We wanted to Thank You Again for renting us your lovely Villa! We had a wonderful time and greatly appreciated the comfort of your home! It was nice to wake up and not feel rushed as it was so close to the Attractions! Everything is so convenient and just like home. Minus the snow of course! We will rent again from you, and never even think of looking at a hotel room again!The Pool was wonderful and CLEAN, a bit cold from the cool fronts coming through Florida, but when you are from MN as long as there is no ice on the top we will still swim in it!

Christine & Tony, We returned from using your villa last week and I thought I would take this opportunity to drop you this email to say how much we all enjoyed staying in your house. We had a wonderful 3 weeks and the space available in comparison to using a hotel was certainly impressive. The cooking facilities and the ability to enjoy food delivered in a home environment was advantageous for those nights when people were too tired to go out. When we did venture out the drive to restaurants was actually not as bad as I thought it would be and will almost certainly improve as more outlets are built on US27. I will certainly recommend your villa to my friends for the future. I hope your agents found the villa in a good condition when we left with most of the washing completed or underway. The location is perfect for all the theme parks, and from the pool area, we could even see some of the firework display at Disney. Dear Christine and Tony, Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your beautiful villa in Florida. As it was our first time there (even though our children are 20 and 16) it was a bit daunting to say the least, but your home and everything about it lived up to our expectations and I feel we couldn't have chosen a nicer base for our two weeks away.
